Acuity operations dashboard
We built Acuity to measure material movement, crew, services, and refueling against the shift's goals.
What the dashboard measures
Acuity tracks a shift against a goal. The strategic block covers material moved, stock moved in, stock to crusher, and mine to crusher, plus refueling, services, and employees. Each row has an actual, a goal, a prior shift, a prior week, a trend, and a grade.
The second table
Refueling has its own key indicators: fuel dispensed, refuel trips, refuel time, and refueling rate, with a peer comparison and a grade. Supervisors can open My Dashboard, a crew dashboard, or employee performance, and a KPI manager, a goals manager, and a workbench sit beside the dashboard.
What we leave off
The screenshot carries our copyright from 2004–2005. It also shows an internal host name and a signed-in supervisor. Neither is repeated here. We do not name a customer for this screen.
