All too often account managers didn’t know how to best service their client needs without asking seemingly inept questions or appearing overly aggressive in driving sales for marginally interesting products and services.
The Outcome
By structuring clients by attrition risk, next actions, and canned scripts associated with the highest penetration and yield for the client we helped reduce attrition by more than 10% in the first quarter and driving additional sales resulting in increased revenues of over six million dollars.
