EagleOps is a political campaign management system with tremendous ambition and far reaching impact for candidates and their teams.
The Challenge
Define and deliver a campaign management system that empowers campaign staff to leverage volunteers in an effort to efficiently identify favorable voters (voter ID) and inspire them to vote in the election (Get Out The Vote). Traditional methods require publishing call scripts, hiring staff to make countless calls to complete voter ID, and cataloging responses in a database. Our goal was to define an integrated system that supported defining call scripts with logical branching that anyone could use via VOIP in any browser as well as Facebook, Twitter, eMail, and Print integration for full campaign support. We developed inventory management features to track sign placement and other marketing media distribution to understand how the message was getting out and our precinct or voter area message coverage. Additionally, we developed mobile applications to enable campaign and volunteer staff the ability to conduct walking campaigns for door to door engagement and intelligence gathering in support of ensuring our candidate’s success in the election.
The Process
Countless hours of interviewing campaign staffers, volunteers, and campaign managers to define a robust engaging platform that gave our candidates a distinct advantage in mobilizing their volunteers and ultimately getting their supporters to the pools on election day.
